The New York Stock Exchange is the largest premier financial trading forum in the United States. Although the NYSE is no longer open to the general public or to tour groups, opportunities still exist to visit the trading floor. Enroll in an educational program sponsored by the NYSE or consider a trading career to spend the day at the NYSE.

Learn about all aspects of the market system and learn how to include educational materials about the stock market into your curriculum. Become a Member Organization of the NYSE and apply for a trading license. Individuals can qualify as a Member Organization. Contact the NYSE Membership Services at (212) 656-8499 for more information on license applications. Pay $44,000 dollars for your license after approval and you can spend the day at the NYSE.

Grow a company and take it public. Be invited to ring the opening bell of the NYSE on the first day your company is listed on the stock exchange.
