Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound fresh tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
- (optional) 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, and chop them into big chunks.

Step 2
Throw everything into a blender, and process to a chunky sauce.

Step 3
Use immediately, or freeze for another day.
