How to Copy TV Shows to a Portable Media Player
The Walkman was one of the first portable media players to become popular back in the 1980s. Since that time, many companies have worked hard to come up with new ways to help people enjoy music on the go. In recent years, companies have expanded beyond music to include portable video on pocket-sized players. You can copy your favorite TV shows to a portable media player to enjoy your show at any time and in any place.

Tips & Warnings
Delete the TV show off your portable media player after you watch it to make room for the next episode. Alternatively, you can transfer the show to your computer's hard drive if you want to save it.
Consider buying an external hard drive for your computer to store movies and TV shows to give your computer plenty of room for computer programs.
iTunes works best with an iPod portable media player because the programs were designed to work together. Non-Apple media players may not work as well with iTunes as compared to an iPod. The non-Apple media player must be able to play .AAC music files to work with iTunes.
