To sum up again, having some astrological knowledge of your employer (or vice versa!) can be a very useful tool in building a good business relationship.

   Libras always weigh both sides and issues.

   7. Libra (Sept. 22 or 23-Oct. 22)-They’ll always level with you (the scales!). They also have a strong need to be like and will go out of their way to be pleasant. And they expect you to be cordial and cooperative. Your opinion and ideas will matter to them. But they can be easily offended, so display good manners at all times. Be Polite and Civilized!

   8. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21 or 22)-You will not get too close with this boss. They thrive on pressure and demand hard work. You must familiarize yourself with their standards, pay attention to details and follow instructions to the letter. If not, you’ll get in trouble because Scorpios don’t care if they’re disliked. Do Your Job Carefully-Very Carefully!

   9. Sagittarius (Nov. 22 or 23-Dec. 20 or 21)-These bosses have a friendly, happy-go-lucky attitude and they want you to be the same way. And they believe in a share-the-wealth policy. Don’t Be Crabby At Work and Do Any Routine Tasks With Enthusiasm!

   10. Capricorn (Dec. 21 or 22-Jan. 19)-This sign is all business (and is known as one of the “executive signs”). If you’re lazy and if you let your work pile up, they crack the whip. These bosses expect you to be on time, take exactly an hour for lunch (if THAT much) and dress conservatively. They can’t stand it if you get too familiar with them (always address them as Mr., Miss, Mrs., or Ms.). Never ask for a raise; you’ll get one when they feel you’ve earned it. Mind Your Manners!

   11. Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)-They’re unpredictable; they’ll frequently interrupt what you’re doing to assign you to other tasks (so be prepared to switch gears). Aquarians don’t openly show appreciation; don’t look for compliments. But these bosses aren’t concerned with the way you dress or your personal life. Have A Willingness to Work Hard!

   12. Pisces (Feb. 19-Mar.20)-These bosses are gentle and sympathetic. They want solid, staple employees who are loyal and dutiful. But Pisces bosses tend to be a bit scatter-brained, rarely coming to work or leaving at a set time. Instead, they’ll count on you to be punctual and make sound decisions; they’ll give you time to adjust to new tasks. Show Up On Time and Be Dependable!
