Haven't you ever wanted to know how to make a healthy, no sugar added, delicious berry smoothie? Well, just follow these simple, step-by-step instructions and you will know how to make a smoothie by heart.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 a cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 a cup of raspberry yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice
  1. Step 1

    Pour 1 cup of orange juice into the blender. Add 1/2 cup of raspberry yogurt into the juice with 1 cup of crushed ice.

  2. Step 2

    Toss in about 1/2 a cup of the frozen berries. When you use the frozen, it creates a thicker blend, and makes it really cold and delicious. You will almost need a spoon to eat it.

  3. Step 3

    Blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.

  4. Step 4

    Pour out into tall glasses, add whipped cream or a few berries and a straw.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't blend the smoothie for too long because then it will be too liquidy.
  • You can use any flavor yogurt.
  • Add a 1/4 cup of milk if you want.
  • The bag of frozen mixed berries works great and is a good blend with the yogurt.
  • Smoothies can be "smooth" but sometimes taste good with chunks of raspberries in them (small, must be able to fit through straw)
  • Be sure to secure the top of the blender before you start blending, or else your smoothie will be all over the ceiling.
