Step 1
Make sure that you are able to do quite a few full handstand push ups before trying a clapping handstand push up or you will land on your face.

Get into handstand position and quickly lower yourself a little, but not like a full handstand push up.

Quickly explode up. Focus on bringing your hands together and putting them back on the floor.

If they don't touch the first time that's okay, just catch yourself before you land on your face.

Eventually you will get enough air to clap your hands together and catch yourself.

Now you have done a clapping handstand push up!
