How to Do a Handstand

A handstand is a basic gymnatics position done after the headstand.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Start near a wall. Place your hands flat down near your feet a foot from the wall.
Step2
Kick up into a handstand with your feet against the wall. Practice pushing away from the wall.
Step3
When you can do a handstand without the wall, try a hand stand in an open space (like a grassy yard).
Step4
Now you can do a handstand!
