How to Do a Headstand

The headstand is a gymnastics position usually done after the tripod and before the handstand.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Get on the floor on your hands and knees.

  2. Step 2

    Get into the tripod position by placing your knees on your elbows and head on the ground.

  3. Step 3

    Slowly and carefully lift your knees off of your elbows and up strait above you.

  4. Step 4

    You are in a headstand!
