Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Get on the ground on your hands and knees.
Step2
Place your forehead on the ground above your hands so that your hands and head make a triangle.
Step3
With arms bent, carefully take your knees off the ground and place them on your elbows.
Step4
You are in a tripod!
