How to get your crush to want you BAD:)

Just about every girl has had the butterflies in your stomach feeling over a guy who may not know you're alive. I'm gonna tell you how to get him to notice you without being needy.

1. The worst thing you can do is seem too available. Men hate this! Remember the goal is for him to notice you, not for you to notice him. As funny as it sounds, start by somewhat ignoring him. You can say hi to him if he says hi first but that's it.
2. Now for the second step you will need a prop. You need to find a boy(or two) that you can casually flirt with in front of your crush (just don't use your boss for this). Guys like girls who are wanted by other men. It's just the way they work. Keep this flirting up for a few weeks. If your crush tries to talk to you, be friendly but try to act like you are busy and don't have time to talk. Men LOVE a chase!!!
3. When he finally asks you out turn him down the first time. Tell him that you already have plans (even if you don't). If he is really interested he will ask again. Think about it, if you don't get something that you want, doesn't it make you want it 10 time more?
4. When he asks you out for the second time say yes. Do not have the first date last more than 2 hours. Always leave him wanting more. Do not make out/fondle/sleep with him on the first date. A small kiss goodnight is ok.
5. Now that he has taken the bait you need to reel him in. Do not have sex with him too soon (as hard as this may be). Make sure that he has the right intentions before you sleep with him. If he really likes you he will wait until you are ready. I suggest to wait until you two are officially a couple.
6. Have CONFIDENCE! Men DO NOT like women with low self-esteem. If you don't think you are worth dating why should he? Remind yourself of all your good qualities.
