How to Make Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar (or sugar substitute - ie. splenda)
  • 2 Eggs
  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Step 2

    Combine peanut butter, eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand held electric mixer, mix well rotating the bowl a few times.

  3. Step 3

    Using a teaspoon, scoop out dough and roll between your hands forming small balls, drop on a cookie sheet. Once sheet is filled press cookies with the tongs of a fork, making a criss cross pattern.

  4. Step 4

    Bake in oven for 8 mins. Let cool on cookie sheet for a min or two before transferring to cooling rack. Once cookies have cooled place them in a Tupperware container to keep moist and soft.

Tips & Warnings
  • Yields approx. 24 cookies. You can easily multiply or divide the ingredients to make more or less.
