Step1
Turn on some tunes. Sing along with the music. Play something that pumps you up. Each song is another three or four minutes you’ve passed.

Listen to a Podcast. Focusing on other people talking will help the minutes pass quickly.
Step3
Break up your workout. Change the speed or intensity. Spend two minutes at high intensity and then lower it. Breaking the workout up into short goals will make time fly.
Step4
Shake up your routine. Trying something new or using a different machine may help the workout go faster.
