Curb your enthusiasm. Yes, it’s a thrilling and exciting experience, but jumping on tables, rolling on the floor or screaming like a howler monkey isn’t a good way to keep a cool persona.

Hold off on the dance moves. Every season seems to have an audition where the person decides to bust out dance moves to add to their performance. But inevitably the person’s dance skills are limited and they end up becoming the butt of a joke.

Don’t be bitter. Simon says no. Randy says no. Even Paula says no. Thank them for their time and leave. Throwing a fit and crying to the cameras will only make you look like an idiot.
