You should review your credit from all three credit agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) at least once a year. US law requires the three agencies to give you a free copy of your credit report each year. The following article describes how to receive your free report(s).

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Internet

Step1
First, open your Internet browser and type https://www.AnnualCreditReport.com
Step2
Second, you will see in big red letters "START HERE." Click on the drop down box and select the state you live in and click "Request Report."
Step3
Lastly, you will be asked some questions that you only should know and then you will be directed to each one of the three credit agencies. Good luck
