How to Pop Healthy Paper Bag Popcorn
You can enjoy the convenience of microwaved popcorn without the artificial flavorings used in commercial brands. The recipe is simple and it only takes a few minutes to prepare. Does this Spark an idea?

Open a larger sized brown paper lunch bag and stand it up on the counter. Fold over the top twice.

Add enough kernels of popcorn to cover the bottom of the bag. Drizzle a little oil over the kernels and close the bag by rolling the top back up.

Microwave the bag until the popping begins to slow; this will usually take a few minutes. Pour the popcorn into a bowl and drizzle with melted butter and salt, if desired.

Tips & Warnings
Due to temperature differences in microwave ovens you will have to listen for the popping to slow down to know when the popcorn is done.

It was more than 2 bags for 10 years the man ate-I belive it was either per day or in replacement of meals per day.
