Sun damage to the face can cause you to look older than you are. Many celebrities site staying out of the sun as their number one beauty secret. Here is how you can prevent yourself from being another victim of the sun's ability to age us.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Daily moisturizer with an SPF of fifteen or higher
  • Eye cream
  • Wide brimmed hat

Step1
Visit your dermatologist to see your current level of sun damage and to see what risk group you are in. In general, the fairer you are naturally, the more likely you are to suffer from sun damage. Ask if you need a prescription cream; that is always your best bet.
Step2
Use an under eye cream daily that has a sunscreen in it. Incorporate the eye cream into your daily routine.
Step3
Wear a moisturizer with a minimum SPF 15 daily, no matter the season, weather or precipitation. No exceptions. In years to come you will see how different your skin looks in comparison to friends of yours who did not take this precaution.
Step4
Wear cute, wide brimmed hat when you go to the beach. You'll look fashionable while protecting your skin.

Tips & Warnings

  • Remember, you can still enjoy the sun while protecting yourself. There is no need to completely avoid sun exposure, just take precautions and you'll look like a million bucks!
