Things You’ll Need:
- willpower
- access to the outside world
- 10-60 minutes free a day.
Step1
start by having low calorie high protein foods eg: special k and protien shake.consult your doctor about what you' ll be doing
Step2
start with easy excarsive's walking, sit ups, swimming (the best for you) about 1 or 2 times a day!
Step3
as you get fitter and lighter you will find these easy or too easy try swimming faster or longer do more sit ups, run instead of walk it may take longer then lypo but it will be much better for you!
