The first time my iPod froze I freaked out. It is very simple to unfreeze your iPod, here is how you do it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • iPod
  • Two free hands
  1. Step 1

You should make sure the hold button is off (shouldn’t see orange) and then at the same time press the MENU and SELECT buttons on the click wheel. The image on the right shows you what to press at the same time. When your iPod is reset you will see a dark screen with the apple symbol.

  2. Step 2

Hold the menu and select buttons for about 5 to 10 seconds. It should not take any longer than 10 seconds to reset.

  3. Step 3

Your iPod classic should be reset.
