The following steps will guide you on how to unfreeze/reset you iPod Shuffle.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • iPod Shuffle
  • Two free hands
  1. Step 1

    Remove your iPod Shuffle from iTunes and also remove your shuffle from the USB dock.

  2. Step 2

    Turn off the iPod Shuffle by moving the off/on button to the left (when off you shouldn’t see green). Wait a couple of seconds and then turn the Shuffle back on by moving the off/on button to the right (you should see green again).

  3. Step 3

    Your iPod Shuffle should be reset.
