How to unfreeze or reset your iPhone

The following steps will guide you on how to unfreeze/reset your iPhone.

• iPhone
• Two hands

1. 

   Press and hold the SLEEP/WAKE and MENU (HOME) buttons on your iPhone. The image on the right shows you what to press at the same time. When your iPhone is reset you will see a dark screen with the apple symbol.

2. Hold the menu and select buttons for about 5 to 10 seconds. It should not take any longer than 10 seconds to reset.

3. Your iPhone should be reset
