Life is very difficult to live and people are very strange… Nothing is easy or as we wish it would be… Accept reality without exploding like a bomb for each problem that appears in your path.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Appreciate all the good things in your life
  • Accept reality without apathy
  • Automatically forgive all your enemies

Step1
In order to enjoy happiness you must first be able to appreciate all the good things in your life: the things you own, your best qualities and positive aspects of your life.

You must learn how to recognize what is good and feel grateful for it. Therefore, stop concentrating on your problems, worries, debits, fights and complaints and start looking for the good things in your life; forget the negative and focus on the positive.
Step2
Accept reality without apathy. You shall accept what is negative without hatred but also without apathy. You have to change what is negative and correct what is wrong; however, you should do so without anger, hatred and aggression.

Accept reality without exploding like a bomb for each problem that appears in your path, but face everything with comprehension and calmly look for the solution, instead of complaining because of the problems you have to face. Help everyone find justice and peace.
Step3
Automatically forgive all your enemies thinking that they are dominated by their anti-conscience and they don’t really understand what they are doing, although they give everyone the impression that they do. This is because the anti-conscience inherent in all of us easily dominates everyone while pretending it is a part of the human conscience. It is like a chemical substance that invades the human side by distorting its functionalism.

Nobody can control their behaviour, unless they undergo psychotherapy and learn how to dominate the anti-conscience and transform it into a positive component of the human conscience. You must always be very tolerant if you want to be wise and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and fights.

Keep everything in mind every day and all the time!
