How to Make a Blue Hawaiian

A Blue Hawaiian is a cocktail made with many of the flavors we love from Hawaii. These of course include pineapple and coconut. This combination goes together so well, it is hard not to fall in love with this drink.

Things You'll Need

• First variation:
• 3/4 oz rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz Blue Curacao
• 3/4 oz creme de coconut
• Second variation:
• 1 1/2 oz dark rum
• 1 1/2 oz white rum
• 3 oz Blue Curacao
• 3 oz orange juice
• Third variation:
• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
• 1/4 oz creme de coconut
• 4 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

1. Choose a variation and mix the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. You can also use a blender to mix the ingredients and crush the ice.

2. Shake well.

3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a piece of orange or pineapple and a cherry.
