How to Create a Legal Sperm Donor Contract

When using a known sperm donor it is best to have a legal binding contract. We will show you how and what to have.

  1. Step 1

    Start writing down everything that is important to you in raising a kid and next to them write if you would like to have the donor involved.

  2. Step 2

    Find a local Lawyer who has written up contracts for sperm donors, most of them will only run you approx. $150.00 - $250.00 for a complete contract. The lawyer will ask you very specific personal information about what you intend the donor to do. This is where you list of what you wanted will come most helpful.

  3. Step 3

    After the contract is written has the donor and yourself sign in front of a notary republic. This is a legal contract but to completely waive the donor rights after the baby is born you must file in courts to sever the donors rights.
