Step4
Use full-spectrum lightbulbs in your home. If possible, use them at work. They are easier on the eyes.
Step5
Close your eyes every so often, and keep them shut for a few seconds. It will refresh your eyes.
Step6
Blink frequently, especially when doing close work. It keeps them moistened.
Step7
Take the herb eyebright as a tea or in a capsule.
Step8
Supplement your diet with vitamin A, a vitamin essential for healthy eyes.
Step9
Get enough sleep. Fatigue will cause undue strain on the eyes.
