Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
First of all the sex of a baby is determined by the male, not the female. So trying to change your diet is mostly not going to help you at all. Although it can be helpful to change your diet to become pregnant, it can not determine the sex of the baby.
Keeping your body healthy is the best way to be able to conceive. Drinking and eating healthy foods and drinks is the best way to keep in the best shape. As well as incorporating exercises into your daily lifestyle.
Step2
Be happy that you are pregnant once you become pregnant. Keep an open mind and be thankful for just being able to conceive. So many people struggle daily with infertility and would love to be in your shoes.
Here are many common myths that you may have heard that will increase your chances of having a baby boy....
Eat lots of red meat.
The father to be drinks lots of soda.
Increasing your salt intake with lots of salty snacks.
lying down in the same position without moving after sex.
Having sex on odd days of the month.
Having sex standing up.
Step3
While there are many myths about being able to determine the sex of your baby, basically none of them are proven to work. You should be happy with what you are given. With so many people trying to have a baby, any sex at all, you should feel blessed that you are able to have a baby at all.
These days there are even books published that try to help you determine the sex of your unborn baby even before it is conceived. I say the best thing to do is do it the old fashioned way and be happy with your baby either a baby boy or a baby girl. The only thing you are doing by trying so hard to have a baby boy is setting yourself up for disappointment if it is a girl. Then maybe your baby will spend the rest of his/her life feeling the regret from you.
Step4
The only guaranteed way of determining the sex of your baby is to adopt! So if you are planning to adopt then make sure you specify that you are interested in a baby boy, otherwise be happy with having a baby...period!
