Things You'll Need:
- Large Poster
- Scissors
- Paste
- Cut out pictures
-
Step 1
Cut out pictures of people you admire; their hair styles, hair coloring, size and demeanor. Make a Collage and ind pictures of what you look like now and how you had wanted to look.
-
Step 2
Do not look at prices or costs but instead select a house, an apartment, a boat or a yacht you feel you would ''love to have'' and then find a picture of where you live now.
-
Step 3
Find an image of a man or woman when you make a collage tht you always wished you had married or even an outfit you love. Perhaps a school you hoped you could have gone to or a job you never got and always wanted.
-
Step 4
Keep turning the pages until you say to yourself..."Oh wow! I wish I looked like this" - then cut it out and save it. Be selective, be honest, and look from your heart and not your mind.
-
Step 5
Take your time as part of the therapy when you make a collage, is looking, searching, and trying to find the person you seemed to have lost in the process of growing up.
-
Step 6
Bring out the inner child within who had dreamed big dreams, and allow yourself to be guided from your imagination and memories of your past yearnings. Reveal all this when you make a collage.
-
Step 7
Place the pictures on a large cardboard and format it before pasting. This is your life you are pasting so keep that in mind when you organize the pictures.
