Cloth nursing pads
Mesh lingerie bag
Small basket

Step1

Purchase a small number of cloth nursing pads from several different brands. Place two inside your bra to prevent any leakage.

Step2

Place the nursing pads in the mesh lingerie bag and wash according to the manufacturers’ instructions. You may want to keep the packaging so you remember which brands you purchased.

Step3

Store the nursing pads in a small basket on your dresser and place a few in a drawer in your nightstand for easy nighttime access.

Step4

Try each brand of nursing pad to see what you like best. Comfort, fit and absorbency will all be factors in choosing your favorites.

Step5

Purchase enough nursing pads in your favorite brands to last you at least a week.

Step6

Place used nursing pads in the mesh lingerie bag then add them to your laundry each week.
