1. You may want to start an incentive program for students who hardly get recognized for anything. All you need is a certificate of achievement, merchants from the community to contribute food coupons, and support throughout the school.
2. Take a break from the rigorous studies by going outside for some jump rope or stick ball. This will enable them to relax their brain, and allow time for some outdoor fun.
3. Sometimes just talking to your students is part of being a teacher. Try not to get tied up with your curriculum so much. Students need for you to take time out for them and show them how much you care.
4. Talk to your administrators about taking a field trip. By taking your students to a field trip every so often, it may motivate students in the classroom.
