Here's a tilapia recipe that is simple and easy.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-3 tilapia
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 2-3 tbsp of lemon pepper
  • deep fryer with oil (deep and wide enough to fry tilapia)
  1. Step 1

    In a deep-frying pan, make sure oil is maintained at 375 degrees hot in medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    On a plate, rub the tilapia pieces with lemon pepper.

  3. Step 3

    On a separate plate, cover the tilapia with flour.

  4. Step 4

    Fry the tilapia until each side are brown. You may leave the tilapia longer if you want edges to be crunchy.

  5. Step 5

    Serve hot with white rice. You can also serve this with fish sauce or ketchup.

Tips & Warnings
  • It's better to cook the tilapia if it's covered.
  • Make sure you do not leave the cooking area unattended, specially when kids are around.
