How to Make Beef with Broccolli

For those of you who are beef with broccoli lovers . . . here is a perfect recipe with an interesting spin.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb. Beef Stir-fry
  • 2 broccoli stalks
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • (optional) string beans
  • (optional) baby bella mushrooms
  1. Step 1

    In a stir-fry pan, cook olive oil in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Add garlic and onions and cook for 5 minutes or until garclic slightly brown.

  3. Step 3

    (Season beef stir-fry lightly with salt and pepper.) Add the beef stir-fry and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occassionally, until outside is slightly cooked.

  4. Step 4

    Pour 1 cup of water and soy sauce. Let cook covered in low heat for about 30-35 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Add broccolli and replace cover. Let cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Serve hot with white rice.

Tips & Warnings
  • If cooking with string beans and mushrooms, add string beans about 5-10 minutes before adding the broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Use salt and pepper as perfect seasoning for beef.
  • You may add additional water as desired.
  • Do not undercook beef.
