It’s often said that history repeats itself. This is a lie. It’s people who repeat themselves. When it comes to exercise injuries, however, you don’t have to suffer this human malady. Read on to learn more.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Warm up then stretch. Do 5 minutes of cardio to loosen your muscles before doing your pre-workout stretching.

  2. Step 2

Exercise consistently. Hitting the gym or going for a run out of the blue can shock your muscles and cause injury.

  3. Step 3

Wear the proper gear. Don’t hop on the court for a game of hard two-on-two in your work shoes. You’re asking to twist an ankle (and ruin your shoes).

  4. Step 4

Take supplements before and after your workouts. A dose of vitamin B can help you stay focused during exercise. Potassium will keep your muscles from cramping. Glucosamine can help repair cartilage and treat arthritis.
