Want an easier way to make homemade biscuits? No "knead" to look any further!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
  • separate bowl of self-rising flour (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 500 degrees and grease baking pan.

  2. Step 2

Blend shortening into the 2 cups of sifted flour.

  3. Step 3

Gradually stir in milk and mix together well. It will look like a big, sticky mess, but just trust me!

  4. Step 4

Drop one tablespoon at a time of the big, sticky mess into the separate bowl of flour.

  5. Step 5

Roll into balls and place on baking sheet. Pat them down a little.

  6. Step 6

Bake for ten minutes. Now, wasn't that easy?
