For those who don’t have the time or the desire to get a full workout, there is still a few things you can do to stay in better shape. on 2/23/2008 I think this is a great way to get yourself motivated,. I think that eventually it will start to feel good enough to turn 3 min. into 6 min. and so on. Great article. Thanks.
