1. Section One: Knead Point Toadying, Put inner surfaces of your thumbs on the upper corners of eyepits which are under your brows. Other four figures which are in winding shape support your forehead. The area that you knead needn't too large.
   Rhythm:Press to crumple according to music rhythm, revolve 1 turn to a to clap each time, total 64 clap, each 8 clap to change to revolve a direction at a time.
2. Section Two:Press and hustle Point Jingling. Overlap figures of your hands, then put your thumbs on the root of nose and press from up to down, then hustle from down to up.
   Rhythm:Press first and downward, upward crowded behind, a press a crowded for on clap, total 64 clap.
3. Section Three: Knead Point Sib. Gather your forefingers and middle figures together, and put them on two sides of your nosewing while your thumbs are holding on submaxillary, then put down your middle fingers. When all are ready, you can begin to knead on the center of your face. You should be attention to the position of Sib which neednt be moved, the area you knead neednt too large.

4. Section Four: Press Point Sun and scrape eyepits round. Scrape eyepits round with the inner surfaces of the second burls of middle figures while your thumbs are holding on Point Sun and other four figures are scrunched. You should scrape from up to down. When you scrape the upside, you should begin at the head of eyebrow and stop at the end of it, when scrape downside, begin at inner canthus stop at outer.
   
   Rhythm:Pare off up the eye socket two clap, pared off eye socket two clap, each four clap to complete 1, total 64 clap.
