Many people will be skeptical that this is the first and what I firmly believe is the most important step in becoming a better athlete is what we put in our bodies. In order to be able to outlast the competition you must have advantages that other competitors. Strength can be achieved by proper nutrition after weight training regiments. People who drink protein drinks after their workouts see a faster and stronger recovery in their muscles, whether it be in your arms, chest, or legs, to get the speed to blow out competitors

Practice? Practice? Did somebody say practice? If you want to be great at something you must practice and most champions practice more than the others, be it at the gym shooting, practicing your swing over and over, or whatever sport you may be playing practice is mostly always how you perform in a game.

One secrete I always have used is to mentally know that you are better than the competition. If your one of those people who beleive that your not good enough to compete with others than this mindset is what could be holding you back from becoming what you really are. You are what you think you are and are mind is a powerful tool that if used the right way can transfer you to greatness.
