Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Patience
  • A win win attitude
  1. Step 1

Take a deep breath. If you need to focus on something before the interview focus on your breathing. You may want to make sure you do this quietly.

  2. Step 2

Sit up straight and don't cross your legs or arms. The poster not only says allot to your future employer, it also helps brain activity.

  3. Step 3

Speak slowly and pause for breath often. Taking your time in your interview questions is usually a positive thing.

Keeps your hands and jaw relaxed; no clenching. Not only does this not work well from the first impression stand point, this will only cause you to get more nervous.
