Step 1
When hiding some of your Easter Eggs, remember that simplicity can be a good idea. Use the shelves you have in your small apartment as a place to hide your Easter Eggs.
-
Step 2
Don’t be afraid to hide eggs in food containers. Hiding an Easter Egg in a bag of potato chips, for example, could be a rather sneaky idea. If the thought of mixing your Easter Eggs with food grosses you out, simply place the egg in a sandwich bag.
-
Step 3
Hide your Easter Eggs in appliances when possible. A microwave oven or coffee maker, for example, could make a great hiding spot. It is wise to unplug these machines before hiding your Easter Eggs in them, however.
-
Step 4
If you don’t mind people going through your personal items, hide Easter Eggs in your clothes drawers. You’ll most likely want to leave the eggs out in the open, though, so nobody digs through your clothes.
-
Step 5
Since you have a small apartment, you won’t be able to have a normal Easter Egg hunt where everybody searches for eggs at the same time. Have the people taking part in the hunt all wait outside. Then have one person enter at a time.
-
Step 6
Give that person a certain amount of time (2 minutes, for example) to find as many eggs as possible.
-
Step 7
When their time is up, count how many Easter Eggs he or she collected. Quickly re-hide the eggs and begin the process again.
-
Step 8
The person who finds the most Easter Eggs in the allotted time wins.
