Los Angeles can be an expensive place to visit. So, if you're heading to the city on a Spring Break budget, check out these tips to cut down your costs.

From Quick Guide: Spring Break 101
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Eat for Cheap! Griddle Cafe and Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles have great breakfast and brunch food at affordable prices. Head to In & Out Burger, Pink's Hot Dogs, and Kabuki (Sushi and Japanese food) for tasty food at very reasonable prices.

  2. Step 2

Head to the clubs early! Generally during Spring Break, admission is free before certain times (11p.m. or 12 a.m.). The earlier you arrive, the less you have to spend.

  3. Step 3

Have a pre-party in your hotel room. If you're 21 and over, drink before you go to the club. This will save you money on drinks at the club that are usually expensive unless the club's having a promotion.

  4. Step 4

Have lunch or dinner at a happy hour. Lola's, Bungalow Room and Fat Fish offer tasty bar food and slashed prices on drinks.

  5. Step 5

Go sightseeing for cheap. Head to Hollywood's Walk of Fame, then stroll through shops at Hollywood and Highland. Head to the Getty Museum, where admission is free. Take a stroll through Universal Citywalk. There is a charge for parking, but admission is free.
