Step 1
First, seek out a self-defense instructor or specialist that can attend the party and teach your guests how to protect themselves. Discuss payment rates and dates that will work for both of you.

Step 2
Send out invitations and ask your guests to donate $2 to help pay the instructor. For a minimal price of $2, your guest will learn a lifetime of protection. Also, on the invites, make sure your guests know to wear comfortable clothes.

Step 3
On the day of the party, make sure one room is clear of all breakables. Or if you are holding your party outside, find a stable open space for your guest to learn the techniques.

When guest arrive, mingle and serve light snacks (make sure you have plenty of water available). After mingling, introduce the instructor to everyone and begin the class. Fun times are sure to follow.
