Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A computer
  • A list of good outsourcing sites
  • A website
  1. Step 1

    One task at a time.
Start with out-tasking rather then outsourcing. Get smaller tasks done first and build them up to do an entire process. You need to be comfortable with managing outsourcing tasks first.

  2. Step 2

Go to the many outsourcing sites and look at similar projects in the area of your task to get ideas of cost and how to word your project.

  3. Step 3

Make your project sound simple for the right provider.
Include the words "easy" or "simple" in the description of your project.

  4. Step 4

    Describe your project in detail.
Don’t be vague. Get to the point. Let the provider know exactly what you want done.

  5. Step 5

Invite providers to bid on your project.
You don’t have to wait for them to find your project. Invite the providers you like to bid on your project.

  6. Step 6

    Picking a Provider
Make sure the provider understands your requirements. Don’t decide on a provider based on cost alone. Make sure they will provide daily reporting on how your project is progressing.

  7. Step 7

Keep your time frame in mind.
How long will it take to choose a provider and get your project completed?

  8. Step 8

    Safe Payments
Look for an outsourcing site that offers a way to resolve problems and a safe payment method.

  9. Step 9

Use the main Outsourcing sites for your first venture into Outsourcing.
Use something like Rentacoder or Elance to protect you to start with until you are comfortable with dealing with providers.

  10. Step 10

    Outsourcing Success and Problems.
Learn from each project you outsource to make the next one even better. Take notes on the positives and negatives. Enjoy the benefits of outsourcing which gives you the time to focus on your strength when it comes to running your internet business.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you find an excellent outsourcing provider use them again.
  • Look at a providers skill, rating and previous projects when deciding who is the best for your project.
  • Focus on the skills you have and outsource the skills you don't.
  • One disaster shouldn't put you off outsourcing.
