These are some examples of places to get training in paranormal activities. Although there is no college degree in it, there are places willing to offer a certificate in such things.
I highly recommend the courses at Universalclass.com. These are inexpensive and reward the students with CEU certfifcates if they are willing to pay a little extra. I studied a great ghost hunting course through that site.
Step2
If preferred, www.flamelcollege.org will also teach many things to do with the paranomal.
Step3
There is always the option of training with someone who is involved in the paranormal course of study one is interested in. This may or may not lend to being qualified in other's eyes but, as in the case of ghost hunting, may provide training to do this as a hobby.
Step4
Buy books on the paranormal--especially ones that tell how to do step by step activities in the paranormal or classify paranormal events.
Step5
Search online for knowledge on the paranomal. There may be some free information or courses available. I know that Wikipedia and about.com in particular have a lovely variety of information to do with the topic.
Step6
Interview people who have dealt with the paranormal. Ask them about their experiences if they allow you and find out more about what it's like.
Step7
I believe the closest thing to an accredited degree in a subject similar is Metaphysics. Take one of these courses if a college degree is desired.
Tips & Warnings
Performing an internet search will bring up a great many websites about this topic depending on the words specified.
This is not intended to lead anyone into any sort of belief system, this mostly for those seeking information about the paranormal.
