on 3/24/2008 Great advice, had the flu last month and it wasn't fun. I have been much more careful since then as to what I am touching and am washing my hands constantly, almost obsessively now...LOL

on 3/1/2008 Good article! Whenever I come back home from out in the public the first thing we do is head straight for the bathroom and wash our hands. Then the groceries are put away,etc afterwards. This cuts down on illnesses tremendously as well. As you say it's very important not to 'touch your eyes, nose, mouth' until you get home to do this.
