Step 1
Go to www.peerflix.com and sign in using your username and password.

On the next page, click the "Help" link in the top right-hand corner.

Click the link next to the words "Contact Customer Support." On the following page, compose a short message saying you'd like to cancel your account. A customer support agent will help you to close the account.

If you'd like to bypass the website, you can email customer support at help@peerflix.com. Write a short message explaining you'd like to close your account. You must provide your peerflix.com username.
