Step 1
Once you have a sequence assembled, click the timecode value, type a new time, and press "Enter."

You can use any of the following shortcuts when entering timecode. Leave out leading zeros. For example, if you type in "0;0;20;5" it automatically becomes "00;00;20;05."

Leave out semicolons. You can type “1213” and it will become "00;00;12;13."

Step 4
If you include a plus sign (+) or minus sign (–) before a number, it will move the current-time indicator ahead or back a specified number of frames. If you type in "+55," it will move the current-time indicator ahead 55 frames.

Step 5
Position the Selection tool over the timecode value and drag to the left or right. The farther you drag in either direction, the quicker the timecode will change

on 3/5/2008 When I try to change the time code after double clicking on it in the project window, entering a new value, and after pressing enter, it goes right back to what it previously was.
who can i change the timecode in my premiere project?
