Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
To open a Reference Monitor, go to the Program Monitor menu by clicking on the arrow in its upper-most right corner. Choose "New Reference Monitor," and it will open in a separate panel.

Step3
"Gang" the Reference Monitor and Program Monitor so that they both show the same frame of a sequence. This is useful for color-correcting tasks. Step4
To gang the monitors, go to the Reference Monitor and click on the "Gang" button. You also can go to the Reference Monitor’s panel menu and choose “Gang To Program Monitor.” Or visit the Program Monitor’s menu and choose “Gang To Reference Monitor.”
