How to Eat freshest shrimps

Freshest shrimps are the ones that still jumping in the water. Pick it up and put it in your mouth. But if you are afraid to eat live shrimps then you do not have to. But if you love to ,choose the smaller size than the bigger one. Take the heads off before eating it live. Sprinkle with salt and drink wine with it.

2. Take the head off and push it in vinegar.
3. Drink wine and relax.
