    How to Enhance Friendships

  1. Step 1

Acceptance. Is accepting people where they are at. It's not insisting that they be perfect. A fault-finding person will never be in a position to enhance lives. But the person who accepts you for you will have the greater influence for positive changes in your life. Not by pointing out the bad side of your personality but by accepting the dignity and worth of your personality.

  2. Step 2

Approval. Goes far beyond Acceptance, which tolerates your faults. Approval loves you irregardless of your faults. Seek out things in others you approve of and watch that person grow before your eyes.

  3. Step 3

Appreciation. To appreciate means to raise in value. Let the people in your life know how much you value them being there. Not in mere words but by your actions. Go out of your way to make at least one person in your life feel special everyday.

Tips & Warnings
  • Treat people special. Before long they will do the same for you and others. Kindness grows like lighting a darken room.
  • Look for the positives in the human personality and 8 out of 10 times it will grow.
