If you want to lift your own spirit or make everyday of your life special, then learn how to give sincere praise to other people. Have you ever notice when someone gives you a sincere compliment how it boost your morale? Well, in the same respect have you ever complimented another and felt better for doing it.   1. Step 1

    Your praise should be sincere. A phoney can be spotted a mile away. Find something the other person is doing that is tangible and praise-worthy. Don't make it up

  2. Step 2

    When complimenting someone don't mumble under your breath as if you are fighting to keep their praise within you. Speak up and speak out they will praise you for it.

  3. Step 3

    Look at them when you praise them. Don't look down at your feet or behind them or through them, but at them with a smile and love.

  • Remember to praise the action or the attribute. This will aid in the trustworthiness of your compliment.
  • Say it but don't fake it.
