How to Give Praise

1. Your praise should be sincere. A phoney can be spotted a mile away. Find something the other person is doing that is tangible and praise-worthy. Don't make it up

2. When complimenting someone don't mumble under your breath as if you are fighting to keep their praise within you. Speak up and speak out they will praise you for it.

3. Look at them when you praise them. Don't look down at your feet or behind them or through them, but at them with a smile and love.
