    How to Use Reiki Symbols

  1. Step 1

Determine which symbols you will be using during the reiki session. The five Reiki symbols include: Cho Ku Ray (Power Symbol), Sei Hei Ki (Mental/Emotional Symbol), Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (Distance Symbol), Tam-A-Ra-Sha (Balancing Factor) and Dai Ko Myo (Master Symbol).

  2. Step 2

Activate the symbols in the beginning or during a Reiki session. This can be done by drawing them in the air or on the body with your finger. In addition, you can visualize them.

  3. Step 3

After you have activated the symbol, visualize the power of the symbol and what it can do for your client. Reiki symbols can also be used to bless food, release blockages in the body, bless others, bless rooms and bless homes.
