Choosing a Reputable company to help sell your timeshare can be a daunting endeavour I would like to help guide you through this process, and keep any less then honest companies from hurting you.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Time is going to be the most important thing you will need here.
  • Patience and the ability to use search engines to help you research potential Companies.

Step1
Well ,well, well, you are one of those folks that just couldn't say NO. I bet you wish you would have now. Thats alright, atleast you have your health, and a deeded piece of realestate to sell. The best way to look at this is no matter what, you have some extra cash laying around, so lets turn that deed into some rainy day funds: )
Step2
When Choosing a listing company there are some basic rules to go by. I will guide you through this process and hopefully ease some of your stress that you will undoubtedly encounter.
1.Rule one is always research your options . I'm guilty of not doing this in almost all aspects of my life ,so who am i to talk, right. Well I'm a Timeshare sales agent, and i know all the tricks.
2.BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, its here for a reason, so use it. Any corporation in the U.S. today signs up for the credibility of being on public display. Any one trying to hide something avoids these guys like the plague. It's free to check and if there are complaints you can find out if the company did everything they could to resolve any issues that might seem borderline Fraudulent.
3.Secratary of state's office, As most people know, you can research a corporations status through this office. This can be done two ways, on-line(preferred)or by snail mail with a written request. If a Timeshare resale company is any where near legitimate they will be incorporated for tax and liability purposes, so i would advise not to do any business with a firm that is not incorporated.
4.Attorney Generals Office, This is the law enforcing Bureau of a states Governing body. So you can check with your states office for any lawsuits or pending civil action against a firm trying to earn your business.
These are the places i would advise to check out any one asking for your listing.
Step3
So many choices.
The best way that i can recommend to you, to find an Agency to list your property is On askjeeves.com or Google.com. Just run a search under TIMESHARE RESALES, and start reading the website addresses that come up.
You could chose from many different factors, such as.
1.Location
2.Listing Fee
3.Commission Fee
4.Referals provided from company
There are many different veriabels that you need to decide on, and these are your decisions. Check out my other articles referring to Sell My Timeshare to help you make a wise choice.
Its as easy as that, if you any question ,please feel free to request any info and i will respond ASAP.
